Abbabbо Delivery Policies
1. General Shipping Policy
• Abbabbо partners with multiple vendors, and each vendor manages the packaging and dispatch of their products.
• Orders may arrive in multiple shipments if items are from different vendors.
• Shipping charges and delivery timelines may vary depending on the vendor, location, and selected shipping option.
2. Delivery Timelines
• Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days.
• Express Delivery (if available): 1–3 business days.
• Vendors are required to dispatch products within 48 hours of receiving an order.
• Delivery times may be affected by factors such as public holidays, natural events, or courier delays.
3. Shipping Charges
• Vendors may set their own shipping fees, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.
• Abbabbо may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or cart values.
• International orders may incur customs duties, import taxes, or additional shipping charges, payable by the customer.
4. Order Tracking
• Customers will receive a tracking ID once the order is dispatched.
• Orders can be tracked via the Abbabbо platform under “My Orders”.
• If a tracking ID is not updated within 48 hours, customers should contact Abbabbо support.
5. Failed Delivery Attempts
• Courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
• If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the product will be returned to the vendor.
• Refunds for failed deliveries will be processed as per the Refund Policy (excluding shipping fees).
6. Restrictions & Exceptions
• Delivery is not available in restricted zones such as military bases, P.O. boxes, or remote locations where courier partners cannot operate.
• Hazardous, oversized, or fragile items may have special shipping requirements and longer delivery times.
7. Vendor Responsibilities
• Vendors must pack products securely, dispatch items within the agreed timeframe, and update order status promptly.
• Failure to meet delivery standards may lead to penalties or suspension from Abbabbо.
8. Customer Responsibilities
• Customers must provide a valid delivery address and active contact number.
• Ensure availability to receive the package at the estimated delivery time.
• Any address changes must be updated before dispatch.
9. Lost or Damaged Packages
• If a package is lost in transit, Abbabbо will coordinate with the vendor and courier partner for refund or replacement.
• For damaged packages, customers must report within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
10. Policy Updates
• Abbabbо reserves the right to update delivery policies at any time to improve service quality.
• Customers and vendors will be notified of major changes via email or dashboard notifications.
