1. Return Eligibility

• The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
• The size or fit is not as expected (for eligible categories).
• The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
• The return request should be placed within 7–14 days from the day of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Personal care, beauty, and grooming products (unless defective).
• Customized or personalized products.
• Innerwear, lingerie, and socks (for hygiene reasons).
• High-value or limited-edition products (returnable only in case of damage/defect, and must pass verification).

2. Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Return

• Log in to your aBBabbo account and go to "My Orders".
• Select the item and click on "Request Return".
• Choose the reason and upload images (if required).

Step 2: Return Pickup

• Our logistics partner will schedule a free pickup within 2–4 days.
• Ensure the item is packed securely.
• For high-value/limited-edition items: verification will be done by the courier partner at pickup.

Step 3: Quality Check & Refund

• Once we receive the item, our team will inspect it.
• If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method or as store credit.

3. Refund & Exchange Policy

• ✔ Full Refund: Processed after return approval.
• ✔ Exchange Option: Available for size and color issues (subject to stock availability).
• ✔ Store Credit: Can be used for future purchases on aBBabbo.

For High-Value & Limited-Edition Products:

• Refunds are only processed for genuine defects.
• Exchanges will be fulfilled only if stock is available.
• In case of fraud or misuse, refunds may be denied.

4. Return Shipping Charges

• If the product is defective/damaged: aBBabbo covers the return shipping cost.
• If return is due to a change of mind or wrong selection: a fee of ₹50–100 may be deducted from the refund.
• A fee may apply for multiple returns and exchanges on the same purchased product.
