aBBabbo – Terms & Conditions

For Customers

Account Responsibility – Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information.

Product Information – We strive for accurate product representation, but slight variations may occur in colors, sizes, or materials.

Pricing & Payments – Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise. Payments must be completed at checkout using approved payment methods.

Shipping & Delivery – Standard delivery timelines vary by product and vendor. Delays may occur due to unforeseen logistics issues; customers will be informed accordingly.

Returns & Refunds – Eligible items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after quality check.

Cancellations – Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Post-dispatch cancellations are treated as returns.

Prohibited Use – Customers must not misuse the platform (e.g., false reviews, fraud, or illegal activity).

Privacy Policy – Customer data is protected as per aBBabbo’s Privacy Policy. No personal data will be sold or misused.

Intellectual Property – All content (logos, images, product photos) on aBBabbo is protected under copyright.

Liability – aBBabbo is not liable for vendor behavior or third-party services. However, we will assist in dispute resolution.

Changes to Terms – aBBabbo may update these terms from time to time. Continued use implies agreement to the latest terms.

For Vendors

Vendor Registration & Approval – All vendors must complete the official registration process. aBBabbo reserves the right to approve or reject any vendor application.

Product Listing – All listed products must be original, accurately described, and comply with aBBabbo’s style and quality standards. Prohibited items such as counterfeit, banned, or illegal products are strictly disallowed.

Pricing & Inventory – Vendors are responsible for setting product prices and maintaining up-to-date stock levels. Misleading pricing or stock availability may result in account suspension.

Order Fulfillment & Shipping – Vendors must dispatch products within the defined timeline (e.g., 24–48 hours). Proper packaging and tracking details are mandatory for every order.

Returns & Refunds – Vendors must comply with aBBabbo's return policy and handle return requests promptly. Refunds must be processed for valid returns within 7 business days.

Commission & Payouts – aBBabbo charges a commission per sale (defined in the vendor agreement). Payments are processed bi-weekly/monthly, after deductions and order validation.

Intellectual Property – Vendors must own or have rights to sell the listed products and media. Any IP violations may result in delisting or legal action.

Vendor Conduct – Vendors must maintain professional communication with customers and the aBBabbo team. Misuse, spam, or abusive behavior can lead to termination.

Termination – aBBabbo reserves the right to suspend or terminate vendor accounts without prior notice for violations.

Dispute Resolution – Disputes are handled via aBBabbo's internal support team. External legal action should be considered only after internal resolution fails.
